BATROUN WATER SUPPLY PROJECT

The Scope of work includes trenches for ductile iron pipes installation, chambers, manholes, total length of network reached 200kms, 15 new reinforced concrete elevated water towers construction and rehabilitation.  

56 new reinforced concrete circular reservoir construction and rehabilitation, performance of 5 new boreholes up to 450m depth, 4 new booster pump stations with chlorination equipment.

 The duration of this project was 2 years.  Production peaked at 16 kms of pipeline per month.  Hydraulic design and shop drawings were part of the scope.

 This project was executed in Joint Venture with CFE of Belgium.  A special task force, located in the Batroun region, undertook the administration and execution of this project.
